Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2026
This policy explains how Jwebly Ltd (“we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through the HealthOS marketing site at jweblyhealth.com. We are the data controller for the personal data described below. Jwebly Ltd is registered in England & Wales.
If you only browse the site, we do not need any personal data from you. We process personal data when you choose to contact us — for example, by submitting the discovery-call form or emailing us directly.
What we collect
When you submit the discovery-call form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your work email address
- The name and type of your clinic
- An indication of your team size
- Any optional message you choose to share
We do not currently use analytics or marketing cookies on this site. If we add them later, we will update this policy and seek consent where required.
Why we use it
We use the information you provide to reply to your enquiry, arrange a discovery call, and provide information about HealthOS that you have asked about. Our lawful bases are legitimate interests (responding to enquiries you have initiated) and, where applicable, consent.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
We use a transactional email provider (Resend) to deliver enquiries from the form to our inbox. Your data is processed under their terms only to deliver that email. We may also share data with professional advisers or regulators where we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to you and to keep a basic record of our conversation. If you would like your data removed sooner, please email us using the address below.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have rights to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete data we no longer need to keep
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@jwebly.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe we have not handled your data properly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product and the business evolve. The date at the top of the page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be highlighted.
