Terms of Use
Last updated: May 2026
These terms govern your use of the HealthOS marketing site at jweblyhealth.com. By using the site you agree to them. HealthOS is a product of Jwebly Ltd, registered in England & Wales.
Using the site
You may browse the site, read about HealthOS, and submit enquiries through the discovery call form. Please don’t use the site to do anything unlawful, to scrape its contents in bulk, or to attempt to circumvent its technical controls.
Intellectual property
The site’s design, copy, graphics, and the HealthOS and Jwebly names are owned by Jwebly Ltd. You may not reuse them for your own purposes without our written permission. Third-party names, marks and product names referenced on the site (for example, the names of clinic software tools we integrate with) remain the property of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the systems HealthOS works with.
Enquiries are not a contract
Submitting the discovery-call form, or contacting us in any other way, is an enquiry — not a binding agreement to provide or buy services. Any commercial relationship between Jwebly Ltd and a clinic is governed by a separate agreement signed by both parties.
Illustrative content
The scenarios, numbers, and example outcomes shown on this site are illustrative of how HealthOS is designed to run in clinics of the types described. They do not represent guarantees of specific results for your clinic. Your own results will vary depending on your operations, integrations, patient base, and many other factors.
No warranty
The site is provided on an “as is” basis. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be free from errors or interruptions. Nothing on the site constitutes medical, clinical, legal, or regulatory advice for your clinic.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jwebly Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, content on this site. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product and the business evolve. The date at the top of the page reflects the latest revision.
